At High Fashion Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most furniture and home decor items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team or log into your account portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Item

  Carefully repackage the item in its original factory packaging with all protective inserts to ensure the product is not damaged during the return transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  For small parcel items, attach the provided return label; for oversized furniture, our concierge team will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
